Revelation 12:12
“Woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has come down to you,
having great wrath, knowing that he has only a short time.”
Revelation 13:3-7
And the whole earth was amazed and followed after the beast; and they
worshiped the dragon, because he gave his authority to the beast; and
they worshiped the beast, saying, "Who is like the beast, and who is
able to wage war with him?" And there was given to him a mouth speaking
arrogant words and blasphemies; and authority to act for forty-two
months was given to him. And he opened his mouth in blasphemies against
God, to blaspheme His name and His tabernacle, that is, those who dwell
in heaven. And it was given to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them; and authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation was given to him.
Isaiah 60:1-2
“Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of Yahweh has
risen upon you. For behold, darkness will cover the earth, and deep
darkness the peoples; But Yahweh will rise upon you, and His glory will
appear upon you.”
Mark 13:14-23
“But when you see the abomination of desolation standing where it should
not be (let the reader understand), then let those who are in Judea
flee to the mountains. And let him who is on the housetop not go down,
or enter in, to get anything out of his house; and let him who is in the
field not turn back to get his cloak. But woe to those who are with
child and to those who nurse babes in those days! But pray that it may
not happen in the winter. For those days will be a time of tribulation
such as has not occurred since the beginning of the creation which God
created, until now, and never shall. And unless the Lord had
shortened those days, no life would have been saved; but for the sake of
the elect whom He chose, He shortened the days. And then if
anyone says to you, 'Behold, here is the Christ'; or, 'Behold, He is
there'; do not believe him; for false Christs and false prophets will
arise, and will show signs and wonders, in order, if possible, to lead
the elect astray. But take heed; behold, I have told you everything in
advance.”
I Thessalonians 5:2-6
For you yourselves know full well that the day of the Lord will come
just like a thief in the night. While they are saying, "Peace and
safety!" then destruction will come upon them suddenly like birth pangs
upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. But you, brethren,
are not in darkness, that the day should overtake you like a thief; for
you are all sons of light and sons of day. We are not of night nor of
darkness; so then let us not sleep as others do, but let us be alert and
sober.
Matthew 28:18-20
"All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth... and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
Romans 8:35-39
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or
distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
Just as it is written, "For Thy sake we are being put to death all day
long; We were considered as sheep to be slaughtered." But in all these
things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us. For I am
convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities,
nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor
depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from
the love of God, which is in Christ Yahshua our Lord.
Psalms 116:15
Precious in the sight of Yahweh is the death of His godly ones.
The church will NOT be raptured prior to the days of tribulation is
declared in many places. Consider what is conveyed in the following
words of Christ to His saints.
Revelation 13:7-10
And it was given to him (Satan, the dragon) to make war with the saints
and to overcome them; and authority over every tribe and people and
tongue and nation was given to him... If anyone has an ear, let him
hear. If anyone is destined for captivity, to captivity he goes; if
anyone kills with the sword, with the sword he must be killed. Here is
the perseverance and the faith of the saints.
